Flat Fee MLS is the best of both worlds….”For Sale By Owner” (FSBO) & Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

You continue to market on your own and have it in the MLS at the same time. You save no matter who sells it because there is no listing commission. According to the National Association of Realtors® almost 85% of all buyers found out about the house they purchased through the MLS and now you can use the same system for about 50% less than a full service Realtor charges!

 ● You pay a $395 flat fee & your house goes into the MLS till it sells for up to1 year.

●  There is no price limit on the house, the more expensive the house, the more you save!

  
●  You pay no listing commission. None ever. (save 50% right there by not paying a 3% listing commission)

●  You continue to sell on your own ( For Sale By Owner) & pay no commission if you sell on your own even though it’s listed in the MLS (that is not allowed with full service brokers but with this program it’s fine). Either you sell it yourself or a broker sells it, which ever comes first. It’s the best of both worlds.

●  You decide how much commission you want to offer a selling broker (typically 2-3%) when you list. Only when your house closes do you pay a selling commission, if any.

●  Buyers and agents will be calling you directly for information. You will be responsible for showing the house, doing any open houses, arranging appointments, follow up, etc. We get your house maximum exposure but you do some of the work and save about 50% in the process. With a typical $150,000 house, you would save about $4,500 and still get the benefit of the MLS. Remember you are saving the 3% listing commission for your efforts.
